Routine Appointments
Appointments can be made by telephone on 558 0105 (Smethwick) or 423 1205 (Hollybush) on the day you require an appointment from 8.30 am. There is also a dedicated appointment line, 555 1887 at Smethwick, which operates from 8.30 – 10.00 am.
Wherever possible, you can see the doctor of your choice, provided the doctor is on duty and has an appointment available, otherwise you will be offered an appointment with another doctor.
Once all the available appointments are taken, you will be offered a telephone triage appointment and a doctor/clinician will call you back that morning or afternoon to discuss your problem.
If it is thought necessary, you may be asked to attend surgery to see the doctor face to face.
