In Person:

You can book appointments in person by visiting either practice and arranging a suitable time with the receptionist.

By Telephone

Please phone 0121 558 0105 (Smethwick Medical Centre) or 0121 423 1205 (Hollybush Medical Centre).

If you need to be seen on the day we will do our best to get you seen by one of the clinicians. If you wish to see a particular GP you may have to wait a little longer to get an appointment if they have non available on the day you call.

Most of our appointments will be given out on the day at 08:30 but we do have a few available to pre book a week or so in advance.

Online

Simply click the link above. You must be registered for this service so please ask at reception for details.

Ring Back Service

If we have no appointments available we can offer you a ring back from the duty clinician.  To help us allocate your call properly please provide a brief description of your problem.  You can tell the receptionist that the problem is private if you prefer not to say.

Our practice nurses treat patients for a wide range of conditions. To book an appointment with the nurse contact us and we will offer you the earliest available appointment.

Let us know if more than one person needs to be seen as this will take up at least a double appointment. If you would like a chaperone during an examination we would be happy to assist.

Please remember that test results can only be given to the patient themselves.

How can you help us:

  • Be on time for your appointment
  • Tell us in advance if you need to cancel
  • If possible please ring for test results after 11:00

Interpreting Services

We can arrange interpretation and translation services for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know when booking the appointment if you will require an interpreter as we must give two days notice for this service.
